Beka Hegenwald
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Beka is a distinguished operational leader recognized for driving revenue growth by combining operational expertise with strategic vision and team development. She has successfully built revenue cycle services, a virtual hospital product, and billing solutions for a range of healthcare organizations, from single-provider specialists to large enterprises like Johns Hopkins. Beka’s initiatives have consistently guided healthcare practices through industry changes nationwide and, at H3, she continues to elevate the company and its clients to new heights of success. In her personal time, Beka enjoys spending the day in the Florida sunshine with her family, and experimenting with new recipes together.
Scott Huston
Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder
Scott is recognized for both his breadth and depth of expertise in healthcare business strategy. Leveraging experience developing and launching multi-state service lines with McKesson to building provider-partnered imaging and ASC centers across the Southeast, he oversees the development of innovative products and partnerships that generate revenue growth. Additionally, Scott brings his passion for health technology to actively advise startups. Locally, he volunteers supporting CBOs working with the homeless and SUD populations as well as serving on local government, experiences that keep patients at the center of his efforts and mission. Scott enjoys running with a great podcast, camping, hiking, and travel with his wife, two girls, and NSDTR, Josie.

Clayton Hoefer
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
A trailblazer in healthcare technology for over a decade, Clayton has led initiatives ranging from large scale EMR integrations, to building a clinically integrated network, to shipping a mobile telehealth platform used by hundreds of thousands of patients and providers. He is passionate about leveraging software to optimize business workflows. When not bridging information gaps in healthcare, Clayton can be found looking for adventure with his wife, three children, and dog, Irwin.
