Position Overview

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Provider Enrollment Associate to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you’ll take charge of completing and submitting credentialing applications while acting as a trusted account manager for our valued medical practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Credentialing and Enrollment:

    • Prepare, complete, and submit credentialing applications for healthcare providers with various insurance carriers and organizations.

    • Ensure all documentation and information are accurate and meet compliance standards.

    • Track and monitor the status of applications, follow up with insurance companies, and resolve any issues that arise during the enrollment process.

    • Maintain up-to-date records of provider credentials and certifications.

  • Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical practices, providing excellent customer service and support.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.

    • Assist medical practices with inquiries related to enrollment status, credentialing processes, and other related issues.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate regularly with providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to facilitate the enrollment process.

    • Work closely with other team members to share best practices and improve processes.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to provider enrollment and credentialing.

    • Maintain organized and accurate records of all credentialing activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.

  • Previous experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and RCM.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
